The Culture and Tourism District encompasses an expanse of 12.05 square kilometers, orchestrating a “grand cultural tourism” industry blueprint. This blueprint integrates Songzhuang Creative Art Town to the north, Beijing Universal Resort at its core, and Taihu Performing Arts Town to the south. Notably, the Beijing Universal Resort, spanning approximately 4 square kilometers, stands as the largest Universal resort on a global scale. The district has been meticulously crafted to serve as both an avant-garde travel destination and a conglomerate for the high-end cultural and creative sectors.
