Efforts will be made to quickly create a comprehensive business environment with the lowest cost, highest efficiency, and best services. Establish the“Smart One-Stop”brand, strengthen the online and offline government service system, provide exclusive spaces for enterprises, and ensure direct access to policies, services, and complaints. Improve the “Dual-Implementation” full-process service system for enterprises and strengthen the“Service Package”mechanism for key enterprises under district-level leadership. Establish public service stations in industrial parks and provide attentive services to enterprises, extending government services to industrial parks. Establish a“Helping Enterprises Expand Markets” service mechanism, provide a platform for communication.

（13）Enhance the professional service system. 

Efforts will be made to attract internationally and domestically renowned professional service institutions in fields such as legal services, accounting and auditing, human resources, and technology services to settle and develop. Up to 2 million yuan in support will be provided for eligible institutions meeting the criteria.

（14）Deepen innovation in application scenarios. 

Comprehensive application scenarios will be opened up, with methods such as departmental assignments and major competitions utilized. Scenarios will be tailored for enterprises, with encouragement given for the implementation of new technologies and products for validation or demonstration in BMC. Up to 3 million yuan in support will be provided for recognized key scenario projects.
