The processing requirements for work residence permits in Beijing for middle-level management personnel and core business personnel will be fully guaranteed. Priority will be given to the household registration quota for outstanding non-Beijing graduates introduced by these enterprises.

High-quality public service resources will be integrated and“Canal Talent Cards”will be issued. For selected candidates, high-quality talent apartments will be provided rent-free; a maximum subsidy of 1.5 million yuan for home purchases in BMC will be offered.“Green channel”services will be provided for relevant talents in terms of children
