Luxinzhuang Shaolin Martial Arts boasts a history of over 300 years. Today, Luxinzhuang Shaolin Martial Arts is carried on by Gao Shizhong. In 2002, his father, Gao Yongtang, thanks to his efforts, Luxinzhuang Shaolin Martial Arts was officially recognized in 2007 as an intangible cultural heritage of Tongzhou District.
What’s especially inspiring is that among the students in Gao Shizhong’s training hall, many are hardworking girls. Here, martial arts knows no gender - young women train just as hard and shine just as bright. Looking ahead, we hope to see this tradition continue to thrive in the hands of these dedicated young practitioners.
