On April 19, Beijing (Tongzhou) Grand Canal 5A-level Cultural Scenic Area was officially unveiled. As the first national 5A-level cultural tourist attraction east of the central axis of Beijing, it officially met with tourists.
The scenic area integrates Three Temples and One Dagoda, Grand Canal Forest Park and Grand Canal Forest Park, and is committed to building a national 5A-level tourist attraction integrating leisure, vacation, experience and shopping.
The scenic area is divided into three areas. In the north, the Dipankara Buddha Dagoba and its Surrounding Ancient Structures echo with the Daguang Tower.
In the south, the Grand Canal Forest Park has excellent scenery, where you can get close to nature, camping and sightseeing, and enjoy the gentle breeze.
The Grand Canal Olympic Sports Park and Grand Canal Ecological Park in central District are full of sports and leisure atmosphere. There are also canal boats available to take a tour of the canal water scenery.
