Tongzhou District Bureau of Coordinated Administrative Law Enforcement for Urban Management
(1) Implement laws, regulations, and rules of the state and Beijing Municipality on urban management, and carry out governance and maintenance of urban management order in accordance with the law.
(2) Be responsible for the business guidance, overall coordination, command and dispatch, supervision and inspection of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement work of urban management in the District.
(3) Exercise the administrative penalty power in the field of urban management granted by Beijing Municipality's decision in accordance with the law, and take charge of the investigation and handling work of cross regional and major difficult cases.
(4) Be responsible for the construction, education and training, supervision and assessment of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement team for urban management in the District.
(5) Plan as a whole, guide and comprehensively coordinate the grassroots comprehensive administrative law enforcement work; guide all sub-districts and townships to implement law enforcement procedures, standards, enforcement documents, as well as clothing, signs, equipment, and other related work; coordinate relevant departments to carry out grassroots law enforcement training; do a good job in the use of the comprehensive law enforcement platform and law enforcement information sharing according to the requirements of municipal departments.
(6) Fulfill other tasks assigned by the District Committee, District Government, and Beijing Tongzhou District Commission of Urban Management.
