(1) Develop medium-term and long-term investment promotion plans for the District. Study and propose suggestions on improving the investment environment of the District.
(2) Carry out the construction of domestic and foreign investment promotion outlets, strengthen contacts with international and domestic professional institutions, and expand investment promotion channels.
(3) Carry out comprehensive publicity and promotion of investment promotion policies, resources, and investment environment in the District. Establish communication and contact mechanisms with business partners. Promote Tongzhou and related projects in various influential activities as commissioned by the District Government
(4) Collaborate to carry out major project investment promotion and provide landing coordination services.
(5) Gather and integrate the demands for investment promotion activities in the District, formulate activity plans, and coordinate their implementation.
(6) Provide coordination, support, and related services for domestic and foreign investors, as well as enterprises in Tongzhou District.
(7) Coordinate the investment promotion work of all sub-districts, townships, and parks.
(8) Fulfill other tasks assigned by the District Committee and District Government.
