Tongzhou District Canal Business District Administrative Commission
(1) Organize and participate in the preparation of Canal Business District development plan, space plan, and related control detailed plans, and organize the implementation thereof.
(2) Study and propose relevant policy measures to promote the development of the Canal Business District; organize the publicity and training, promotion and application, and policy support of pilot policies.
(3) Organize the formulation and implementation of park development and construction implementation plans, promote the construction of key projects and characteristic industrial bases, and serve the landing of key projects.
(4) Organize and participate in the preparation of the industrial layout plan; be responsible for the industrial development work of the Canal Business District, and implementing the requirements for optimizing industrial layout regulation.
(5) Coordinate the development of entrepreneurship, talent, investment and financing, enterprise, and other services; further optimize the business environment.
(6) Examine and approve various investment projects in the Canal Business District according to the prescribed authority;
organize the recognition of high-tech enterprises, the introduction of high-level talents, information construction, economic analysis, and stable growth work, and cooperate with the statistical department to do a good job in the entry of enterprises into the park and statistical system.

(7) Manage the special funds for the development of the Canal Business District, and assist relevant departments in supervising the use of the special funds.
(8) Assist the local government and relevant departments in carrying out environmental protection and emergency management work in the Canal Business District.
(9) Promote the work such as construction of the comprehensive demonstration zone for expanding the opening up of the national service industry in the District and the Tongzhou cluster of China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone International Business Service Area.
(10) Undertake other tasks assigned by the District Government.
