Procedural Standards:
1. Accept letters, visits, and complaints from the masses, register the letters from the masses in a timely manner, seriously receive tip-off calls and visits from the masses, and make records. Enter all petition letters into the information system.
2. Put forward the suggestions to be implemented for the petition letters and reports from by the masses, submit them to the leaders for approval, and then classify them.
3. For the visits and letters reflecting internal disciplinary violations, the Discipline Inspection Commission and Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office should directly conduct initial verification and investigation, complete initial verification in 60 working days, give a reply and keep the information on file.
4. For the visits and letters reflecting external disciplinary violations, transfer the issues to the relevant departments for handling in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
