Procedural Standards for Acceptance:
(1) Seriously accept letters, visits, and complaints from the masses, and open and register letters from the masses in a timely manner; be enthusiastic in answering tip-off calls and receiving visits, ask the visitors for details and carefully keep records. All petition letters must be entered through the information system.
(2) Provide timely suggestions on the diversion or handling of letters, visits, and complaints from the masses, submit them to the leaders for review and approval in time, and then carry out diversion or handling according to the leaders' instructions.
(3) For the visits and letters reflecting external disciplinary violations, after the matters are reviewed by the leaders, hand them over to relevant departments for timely handling according to procedures; for the visits and letters reflecting internal disciplinary violations, the Office of Town Commission for Discipline Inspection will directly conduct initial verification and investigation and archive them.
