Yujiawu Township People's Government
(1) Execute the resolutions of the People's Congress at the current level and the decisions and orders of the higher-level state administrative organs, and issue decisions and orders.
(2) Implement the economic and social development plans and budgets within the administrative region, manage the economic, educational, scientific, cultural, health, sports undertakings, finance, civil affairs, public security, judicial administration, family planning and other administrative work within the administrative region.
(3) Protect the socialist property owned by the whole people and collectively owned property of the working people, protect citizens' legitimate private property, maintain social order, and safeguard citizens' personal rights, democratic rights, and other rights.
(4) Protect the legitimate rights and interests of various economic organizations.
(5) Ensure the rights of ethnic minorities and respect their customs and habits.
(6) Safeguard women's rights to gender equality, equal pay for equal work, and freedom of marriage as granted by the Constitution and laws.
(7) Handle other tasks assigned by the higher-level People's Government.
