Guide, coordinate, and supervise the ecological protection and restoration work in the District. Be responsible for the supervision and management of radiation safety in the District. Be responsible for the supervision and management of ecological environment access in the District. Be responsible for monitoring the ecological environment in the District. Organize efforts of the District to carry out work to address climate change. Organize and carry out ecological environment protection inspection in the District. Organize, guide, and coordinate the promotion and education work of ecological environment in the District. Organize and carry out ecological environment supervision and law enforcement. Guide, supervise, and inspect the ecological environment work of all townships and sub-districts. Fulfill other tasks assigned by the District Committee and District Government.
