Tongzhou District Bureau of Statistics
(1) Implement the laws, regulations, and rules related to statistics, and statistical systems and statistical standards of the state and Beijing Municipality; undertake the responsibility of organizing, leading, and coordinating the statistical work of the entire district to ensure the authenticity, accuracy, and timeliness of statistical data.
(2) Be responsible for implementing the national economic accounting system, organizing the implementation of the national economic accounting system and input-output surveys for the entire district, compiling and providing national economic accounting data.
(3) Responsible for organizing and implementing major national census of population, economy, agriculture and other national conditions and strength in the entire district; collaborating with relevant departments to formulate and organize to implement surveys of major district conditions and district strengths and special investigation plans and programs; summarizing, sorting out, and providing statistical data on the situation and strength of the District.
(4) Be responsible for organizing and implementing statistical surveys on various industries of the national economy in the entire district, collecting, summarizing, sorting out, and providing statistical data related to the surveys, and comprehensively sorting out and providing basic statistical data on transportation, postal services, education, health, social security, public utilities, and other aspects throughout the district.
(5) Be responsible for organizing and implementing statistical surveys on energy, investment, prices, income, technology, population, labor force, tourism, basic social development, basic environmental conditions, and other aspects in the entire district, and collecting, summarizing, sorting out, and providing the statistical data of relevant surveys.
(6) Be responsible for organizing economic, social, technological, and resource environment statistical surveys for all townships, sub-district offices, and departments, uniformly verifying, managing, and publishing basic statistical data for the entire district, and regularly releasing the statistical information reflecting the national economic and social development situation.
(7) Be responsible for conducting statistical analysis, statistical forecast, and statistical supervision of the national economy, social development, technological progress, and resource environment in the entire district, and providing statistical information and consulting suggestions for the District Committee, District Government, and relevant departments.
(8) Review or record statistical survey items of all departments, as well as statistical survey items of all townships and sub-district offices in accordance with the law, guide the basic professional statistical work and statistical grassroots business infrastructure construction, establish and complete the statistical data quality review, monitoring and evaluation systems, carry out review, monitoring and evaluation of important statistical data, and supervise and manage foreign-related investigation activities in accordance with the law.
(9) Guide the construction， statistical education, and training of the professional statistical technical team in the District, and assist relevant departments in carrying out the relevant work of professional statistical qualification examinations.
(10) Establish, complete, and manage the statistical information automation system and statistical database system for the District, and implement the basic standards and operating rules of statistical database and network for the General Brigade of Beijing Municipal Bureau.
(11) Undertake other tasks assigned by the District Government and the General Brigade of Beijing Municipal Bureau.
