The project has recently completed its formal signing, marking the official establishment of this highly anticipated international high-end retail project in Tongzhou.

According to reports, the Sam’s Club Tongzhou project is invested and developed by Beijing Tongzhou Investment & Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tongzhou Investment”) as the investment cooperation subject, and has been included in the list of “2025 Beijing Municipal Key Projects.” The project is located in the Fuhao Village Cluster, Songzhuang Town, Tongzhou District. The planned total land area is approximately 40,600 square meters, with a total building area of about 55,600 square meters. The construction scope covers commercial facilities and supporting ancillary facilities. The project is scheduled to open in 2027, effectively extending its service coverage to the entire Tongzhou area and the eastern part of Beijing.
