Among the most anticipated developments, the Sam’s Club Tongzhou Project has now entered a new and exciting phase — official commencement of construction. This milestone marks a significant step toward filling the gap in high-end retail within the region and enhancing the overall quality of lifestyle and service infrastructure.

Recently, Reshine Square Phase II — the first privately owned “urban renewal project” approved within the extended area of the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA) — officially entered its investment and leasing phase.

Following the successful trial run of Beijing Subway's Line 17 (mid-section) and Line 6's southern extension, Line 18 (Malianwa – Tiantongyuandong) started its test run on October 25. In other words, all the three aforementioned subway lines/sections will have their full operation by the end of this year.
