Recently, Reshine Square Phase II — the first privately owned “urban renewal project” approved within the extended area of the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA) — officially entered its investment and leasing phase.

Highlighting the significance of Reshine Square Phase II, Bi Zheng, Deputy Mayor of Majuqiao Town, explained that idle buildings represent a valuable yet underutilized resource in urban development. Through strategic urban renewal, Reshine Square Phase II has breathed new life into dormant spaces, transforming them from idle structures into modern industrial carriers. This transformation is not only a physical rejuvenation but also a revitalization of regional industrial dynamism.

Reshine Square Phase II is located at No. 29, Jingsheng South 2nd Street, Jinqiao Science and Technology Industrial Base, Zhongguancun Science Park (Tongzhou Park), BDA. The project covers a total construction area of approximately 64,800 square meters, consisting of two standalone buildings (north and south). The complex features seven floors above ground and three underground floors.

In addition to three landscaped plazas, a rooftop garden, and nearly 600 parking spaces (above and below ground), the development also provides in-building natural gas access — a rare amenity in the local office market — fully catering to diverse enterprise needs and creating a high-quality business environment.

Phase I: A 12-Story Twin Tower Now a Trending Landmark

Overall, Reshine Square covers a total site area of 27,000 square meters and a total floor area of 120,000 square meters, constructed in two phases. Phase I, consisting of twin 12-story towers and a shared podium, has been operational since 2017.

At the same time, lifestyle and retail tenants will be introduced to create the “Reshine Square 2.0” version of a new-generation business destination.
