2026 marks Universal Beijing Resort's fifth anniversary since opening. During the anniversary year, the resort will run nine major themed events, complemented by a variety of limited-time experiences, to increase the excitement all through the year.

At the beginning of the new year, Universal Beijing Resort unveiled its fifth-anniversary commemorative logo and theme: "UBR's Fifth Anniversary, Infinitely Your Way".

The first themed event of the milestone year is Universal's Chinese New Year, which will feature a surprise debut of the newly choreographed and arranged Universal Chinese New Year Special Celebration, offering a fresh and vibrant way to celebrate the Spring Festival. The resort is also gearing up for a major new IP collaboration during the spring, while Universal Cool Summer will introduce brand-new musical elements. The Scares @ Universal event in autumn will present more original stories and thematically enriched haunted mazes, and Winter Holiday will envelop visitors in a romantic winter atmosphere.

Additionally, events such as Universal Passion Month, Universal Love Month, and Universal HiHi Month will offer limited-time experiences, interactions, culinary delights, and merchandise, all tailor-made to create special moments for fans. Member special events will also be launched for a limited time, along with plenty of benefits for Annual Passholders.

Meanwhile, the resort will gradually refresh its fifth-anniversary decorations, including IP character anniversary-themed costumes. A series of limited-edition fifth-anniversary merchandise and anniversary-themed food and beverages will be introduced as well.
