It's been more than 3 months since the launch of the Online Entry Information Declaration Policy for Foreign Nationals. The National Immigration Administration has released a comic-style guide to make the entry process smoother and easier.
Guide to Online Arrival Card:
Instructions for Mobile Users:
Select an option → Fill in the information → Submit →Show the record to border control upon entry for faster clearance.
The following persons are exempt from completion:
1.Holders of a valid Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card of the People's Republic of China;
2.Holders of a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (non-Chinese Citizens);
3.Holders of a group visa or individuals eligible for group visa-free entry;
4.Passengers in 24-hour direct transit who remain within the designated port area;
5.Cruise passengers entering and departing on the same vessel;
6.Travelers entering through the E-channel;
7.Foreign crew members of exit-entry transport vehicles.
