Taking strengthening the supply of digital elements and accelerating the construction of benchmark projects as important support, comprehensively deepening the guidance of scientific and technological innovation, accelerating the improvement of the digital economy industry technology innovation ecosystem, and building the BMC into a demonstration zone for digital economy development. The first "Digital RMB+Free Trade Zone Smart Park" project in China has been officially launched, with the first batch of data evaluation institutions such as Zoomlion Asset Group registered and settled in the country. The first cooperation of tens of millions of data asset mortgage loans in China has also been launched. Based on Zhangjiawan Design Town, we have built a 18000 square meter metaverse innovation center, and a group of core enterprises such as Blue Universe have successfully settled in.
Targeting the international market and focusing on high-end industries, attracting domestic and foreign financial enterprises and branches to settle in, accelerating the deep integration of technology and finance, and enhancing the development level of the financial industry. Build a modern financial system centered on wealth management, driven by financial technology, and characterized by green finance. Give full play to the advantages of the Capital International Exchange Center, build a national green finance reform and innovation demonstration zone, further deepen international cooperation in the field of green finance, and accelerate the clustering of new financial technology formats.
Accelerate the construction of a global wealth management center, a global green finance and sustainable finance center, and the development trend of the financial services industry chain has taken shape. The supporting role of the financial industry continues to strengthen, and its proportion in regional GDP and tax revenue has exceeded 10%. In terms of space, with Zhongguancun Tongzhou Park as the main carrier, we will strengthen the overall planning of the entire district, strengthen the integration and linkage with the three northern counties, highlight the strategic driving force of the Taiwan and Malaysia regions, explore and integrate idle and inefficient industrial spaces, follow the characteristics of clustering and industry clusters, and create an advanced manufacturing spatial layout of "one pole, two places, and five towns". In terms of development direction, we will consolidate the existing industrial foundation, seize the track of industrial transformation, coordinate various links in the industrial chain such as research and development, design, manufacturing, and services, and focus on building a "1+4+3" advanced manufacturing system with medicine and health as the strategic engine, intelligent equipment, electronic information, new energy intelligent vehicles, and green cities as the pillars, targeting cutting-edge emerging industries in the fields of green low-carbon, digital technology, and cross integration as incremental breakthroughs.
As of now, there are a total of 286 municipal level "specialized, refined, unique, and new" enterprises and 26 national level "little giant" enterprises in Tongzhou District, all showing a doubling trend.
